Job summary
An innovative elearning software company in Dubai is seeking a Paralegal to handle contract review and management, ensuring compliance with legal standards. Ideal candidates have over 2 years of experience in a legal role within a tech or SaaS environment, hold a Bachelor's degree in Law, and possess strong contract negotiation skills. This full-time position offers no remote work. The role involves closely collaborating with sales teams and staying updated on industry legal developments.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a legal or paralegal role, ideally within a tech company or SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of contract law and experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, MOUs, SLAs, and MSAs.
- Maintain a repository of contracts, tracking key milestones and renewals.
- Ensure contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in contract negotiations and drafts amendments to protect the company's interests.
- Work closely with sales teams to clarify contract-related inquiries.
- Stay updated with legal developments in the SaaS industry.
