You will be expected to take responsibility for significant elements of a transaction. This means that you must have significant transactional experience and strong transaction management skills.

We are currently seeking an outstanding Corporate lawyer with 5-8 years PQE and a proven track record of acting as lead associate on M&A transactions.

All candidates should be fluent in English and will have previous experience working in a top tier international law firm.

In all cases, candidates should have first class legal ability coupled with a practical commercial approach, excellent drafting and communication skills and enjoy being part of a friendly outgoing team.
