Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a legal or paralegal role, ideally within a tech company or SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of contract law and experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, MOUs, SLAs, and MSAs.
• Maintain a repository of contracts, tracking key milestones and renewals.
• Ensure contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in contract negotiations and drafts amendments to protect the company's interests.
• Work closely with sales teams to clarify contract-related inquiries.
• Stay updated with legal developments in the SaaS industry.
