International Lawyer for Multinational Corporation in El-Fujairah, UAE. Our firm is seeking an experienced and highly skilled International Lawyer to join our team in El-Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. The International Lawyer will provide legal advice and support to multinational corporation clients on a variety of international business matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and provide expert advice on international laws and regulations relevant to clients' businesses.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for cross-border transactions.
• Represent clients in international disputes and negotiations.
• Provide guidance on compliance with foreign laws and regulations.
• Keep up to date with changes in international legal frameworks that may impact clients\' operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as an International Lawyer, preferably within a multinational corporation or law firm.
• Excellent knowledge of international laws, treaties, and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one.
