This is a strategic role requiring a mix of leadership, business development, and hands-on sales skills.
- Monitor daily performance, KPIs, and targets.
- Provide regular performance coaching and feedback.
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives or account managers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and partners.
- Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, and client onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and increase client conversion.
- Deliver regular performance reports and pipeline updates to senior management.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory standards.
- Keep the team updated on compliance requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the forex, CFD, or online trading industry.
- Solid understanding of forex trading platforms, market dynamics, and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams.

- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
