Job summary
A logistics firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to manage daily operations, including shipment schedules and warehouse activities. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all logistics operations including shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Plan and monitor import and export activities, ensuring compliance with UAE customs and documentation requirements.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport companies to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve logistics issues promptly.
- Prepare and review shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in warehouse and transport operations.
- Evaluate logistics performance and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
