Job summary
A leading hospitality group in Dubai is looking for a Marina Operations Manager to oversee on-water operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage the marina team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality management and strong interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and resolve guest disputes. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in guest services front desk or related area.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service.
- Experience in managing disputes and guest relations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure operations of water aspects of the marina.
- Lead guest services teams and manage day-to-day operations.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
