Role : Data Analyst
Role Purpose :
To ensure all direct marketing campaigns are dispatched and reported as per set criteria with the product teams.
Key Accountabilities of the role
Results Required
Timely Dispatch of all direct marketing campaigns includes SMS, push, and mailers
Accuracy in logging and organizing all campaigns on the Marketing tool
Review and apply correctly the marketing content on the assigned marketing assets.
Deep Dive Analysis on data to share extensive marketing campaign performance Reports to the product and segment owners.
All copy and data inputted in the tool are test and dispatched on time.
Updated reports as per set timelines are prepared and shared on time.
Reports on market trends are shared.
All data is securely organized and archive for future tracking and reporting.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role :
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in marketing communications, with a focus on Digital and Direct marketing campaigns.
3. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, specifically Ducont and Acoustic (formerly known as IBM Watson Campaign Automation)
4. Expert knowledge of MS Office, specifically EXCEL.
5. Expert knowledge of HTML and workable knowledge of Java and CSS coding
6. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, governing email and SMS marketing.
