Solution Architect - Supply Chain - Professional Services

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - Hybrid

Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Supply Chain? Are you ready to lead transformational work at the forefront of enterprise planning technology? Anaplan is looking for a Solution Architect to join our high-impact Professional Services team in Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for a sharp, consultative architect who thrives on solving problems and unlocking value. You bring strong domain experience, technical know-how, and a passion for innovation.

Your Impact

• Strategic Impact: Influence major business transformations across the Enterprise Supply Chain customers in the region.
• Cutting-Edge Technology: Deliver solutions on top of Anaplan’s unique Hyperblock™ engine—enabling real-time data and predictive modelling at scale.
• Trusted Advisor Status: Engage directly with senior client stakeholders and internal Anaplan teams to shape solution strategy and roadmap execution.

• Lead the design and delivery of complex connected supply chain planning solutions.
• Translate business problems, models, and spreadsheets into scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Work closely with customer teams to optimise and future-proof business processes.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates and actionable feedback.
• Act as the architectural SME across large-scale deployments and high-value projects.
• Support pre-sales activity through solution design, estimation, and customer presentations.

• Significant experience implementing supply chain EPM solutions.
• Consulting experience with ability to influence and guide stakeholders through the transformation journeys towards tangible benefits.
• Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test, and deploy (Agile methodology preferable).
• Proven track record to lead and implement responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound).
• Passion for business analytics, modelling, and planning.
• Entrepreneurial approach, with the ability to work with ambiguity.
