The ideal candidate will have proven experience with ServiceNow architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide digital transformation discussions at a high level. Fluency in Arabic is required. This role offers the chance to engage in enterprise-scale transformation projects and influence the strategic direction of global implementations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM).
• Ability to lead discussions around digital transformation strategy.

• Translate business objectives into scalable platform solutions.
