Job summary
A leading multinational company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Electrical Markets Division. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, strong knowledge of electrical products, and a proven track record in client acquisition. This role includes responsibilities such as executing strategies in the construction market and increasing market share in collaborations with Power Utilities. Excellent benefits and a full-time position available.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering.
- Electrical product knowledge in cable accessories, terminations, and joints.
- Proven track record in acquiring new clients.
- Proficiency in the construction market, especially oil & gas.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategy around C&I in UAE leveraging market trends.
- Generate demand through direct calls and relationships with contractors.
- Collaborate for programs and trainings for cable accessory solutions.
- Execute local kitting strategy for medium voltage cable accessories.
- Increase 3M's market share at selected Power Utilities.
