• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering.
• Electrical product knowledge in cable accessories, terminations, and joints.
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients.
• Proficiency in the construction market, especially oil & gas.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy around C&I in UAE leveraging market trends.
• Generate demand through direct calls and relationships with contractors.
• Collaborate for programs and trainings for cable accessory solutions.
• Execute local kitting strategy for medium voltage cable accessories.
• Increase 3M's market share at selected Power Utilities.
