Job Summary

• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures and protocols.
• Create and implement data protection and recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA).
• Monitor systems, servers and networks for security threats and anomalies.
• Respond to data breaches, malware attacks and other security incidents.
• Conduct forensic analysis and maintain incident response plans.
• Perform regular risk assessments, penetration testing and security audits.
• Identify, report and remediate system vulnerabilities.
• Manage and update security infrastructure including firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus and endpoint protection.
• Train employees on security best practices and conduct awareness programs.
• Simulate data loss scenarios to test recovery plans and organizational readiness.
• Prepare compliance reports and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve security posture.
