On behalf of a prominent digital solutions and services provider headquartered in Dubai, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) . This is a full-time on-site leadership opportunity for professionals passionate about leveraging technology to drive business transformation.

About the Role

As CTO, you will lead the company’s technology strategy, architecture, and innovation roadmap. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee all aspects of technical delivery, infrastructure, product development, and security—while aligning technology investments with long-term business goals. This role is critical to ensuring scalability, innovation, and competitive edge across the organization’s growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a forward-thinking technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead product development and engineering teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, software architecture, cybersecurity, and DevOps practices.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and incorporating them into strategic planning.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on digital transformation and tech-enabled business models.
• Establish scalable and secure systems, ensuring business continuity and operational excellence.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and investment prioritization.
• Build and nurture a high-performing technical team through leadership, mentorship, and recruitment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, data security, and risk mitigation across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including 5+ years in a CTO or similar executive role.
• Proven track record in leading software development, infrastructure, and digital transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS, system architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Experience in managing large-scale tech teams and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business plans.
• Exceptional communication and strategic decision-making skills.
• Prior experience in the MENA region or in high-growth environments is a plus.
