Our client isseeking an highly experienced senior professionals to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in architecture and interior design, with expertise in managing projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Interior Design Engineer: Develop and implement interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects; Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility; Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Technical Manager (Architectural Background): Oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion and quality standards; Manage teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors; Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Architect (Not Draftsman): Develop and lead design concepts for projects; Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent; Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• 10+ years of experience in architecture and interior design
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
