Job summary
A leading outsourcing company in Dubai is looking for a qualified professional with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, coordinating vendor invoices, and supporting procurement processes. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, along with strong Excel skills. This position offers opportunities to engage in project management and collaboration across various teams.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly variance reports comparing work orders with actual work completed.
- Coordinate with service providers for monthly invoices and statements of account (SOA).
- Arrange project-related meetings and circulate minutes.
- Support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including vendor invoice processing and payments.
- Coordinate with Logistics, SFD, and Warehouse teams for procurement of installation materials.
