Job summary
A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking a qualified Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to ensure workplace safety and compliance on project sites. The successful candidate will develop and implement HSE policies, conduct site inspections, and lead safety initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field along with NEBOSH certification is mandatory. Candidates with at least 3 years of HSE experience in construction are encouraged to apply. Competitive benefits and relocation support are offered.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HSE role within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in risk assessments and accident investigations.
- Willingness to work onsite across various project locations in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, preparing reports as needed.
- Lead HSE induction programs and safety awareness initiatives.
- Ensure proper use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment.
