Job summary

A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking a qualified Health Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to ensure workplace safety and compliance on project sites. The successful candidate will develop and implement HSE policies, conduct site inspections, and lead safety initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field along with NEBOSH certification is mandatory. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, preparing reports as needed.
  • Lead HSE induction programs and safety awareness initiatives.
  • Ensure proper use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment.
