Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in workforce management.
• 3 years of experience in an HSE role.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic/French is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE management plans.
• Manage HSE training programs for the Client.
• Collect and report on key performance indicators.
• Lead investigations for HSE incidents.
• Prepare Emergency Response Plans.
• Conduct legal compliance audits.
• Monitor and maintain HSE action plans.
