Job summary

A leading contracting organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HSE Trainer to design and deliver health safety and environmental training for diverse projects. This position requires expertise in UAE regulations and strong presentation skills. The HSE Trainer will promote a culture of safety and ensure workforce competency through effective training programs. The ideal candidate holds a relevant bachelor's degree and preferred HSE certifications, and has experience in the construction or infrastructure field.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering HSE training within contracting or infrastructure organizations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and international HSE standards.
• Ability to adapt delivery methods to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver HSE training modules tailored to project requirements.
• Conduct induction programs for new employees and subcontractors.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update programs.
• Organize safety campaigns and awareness initiatives.
• Ensure training programs align with UAE laws and standards.

Skills

Experience in delivering HSE training

Knowledge of UAE regulations

Education
