A diversified investment firm in Dubai is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for its Mirdif City Centre branch. This role involves leading crew members, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with brand standards. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in the food and beverage sector and preferably a degree in Hospitality Management. Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.

This role falls under our Five Guys umbrella. As our Five Guys team continues to grow, we’re in search of a Restaurant Supervisor for our Mirdif City Centre, Dubai Branch. This role will perform all of the duties performed by the Crew Members, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager, ensuring compliance with the company and brand standards in all areas of operation.
