Job summary
A reputable catering company is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to expand its presence in the HORECA sector. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing a team, and fostering relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in sales within the HORECA or catering industry, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a proven ability to achieve sales targets. A competitive salary of AED 12K to 15K is offered along with the opportunity for leadership and growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in the HORECA sector or catering industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Leadership experience to train and motivate a sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the HORECA market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Prepare sales performance reports for senior management.
