The Call Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the call center, manage and coordinate a team of customer service representatives, monitor performance metrics, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities also include maintaining patient satisfaction, preparing performance reports, and addressing escalated patient concerns. The goal is to ensure the team achieves efficiency and delivers exceptional customer experiences.

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and Team Management experience
  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate and improve operational processes and metrics
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to guide team members and interact with customers
