Job summary
A leading hotel chain in Abu Dhabi is seeking a CID Clerk to ensure guests have a memorable experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities include creating personalized experiences, promoting hotel facilities, and handling phone calls professionally. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience as a CID Agent in UAE, fluency in English, and familiarity with Opera. This position is full-time and located on-site.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as CID Agent for Hotel in UAE.
- Experience with Opera is mandatory.
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Create personalized experiences for guests.
- Promote hotel facilities and enhance guest stays.
- Answer telephones professionally and transfer calls.

- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through up‑selling
- Answer the telephones professionally and cheerfully including transferring and routing misdirected calls and taking messages.
- Must adhere to the rules and regulations implemented by the CID department of the Ministry of Interior
- Should have min. 1 year of experience as CID Agent for Hotel in UAE
- Arabic language would be a Plus
- Prior experience working with Opera is Mandatory
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Communicate thoughts actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
- Opera know-how
- Health in good condition
- Fluent in English language and conversational Arabic
