A global hospitality organization in Dubai is seeking a Beverage Manager responsible for daily beverage operations and staff management. The role involves overseeing beverage service in Restaurants/Bars and Room Service, training staff on policies, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry or a related area, along with a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in food and beverage or related professional area.
- 2 years of experience with a 2-year degree.
- Knowledge of beverage control and inventory management.
Responsabilités
- Manage daily beverage operations and staff.
- Enforce compliance with beverage policies and standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service in all interactions.
- Train staff on liquor control policies and procedures.
