A leading hospitality company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a full-time Laundry Attendant. You will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring a clean and comfortable space. Responsibilities include efficiently processing laundry, safe chemical handling, and adding a personalized experience for guests. Ideal candidates have a warm personality and excellent organizational skills.
Qualifikationen
- Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs being professional and welcoming.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
Aufgaben
- Ensure all guest and hotel laundry is processed quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure the safe storage and use of chemicals to protect self and colleagues.
- Use laundry machines according to operating instructions and weight restrictions.
- Add a personalized experience for the guest.
- Take ownership of guests' privacy and belongings while providing exceptional service.

You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Laundry Attendant you will take ownership of guest rooms ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean comfortable space and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.
- To ensure that all guest and other hotel laundry is processed quickly and efficiently in line with the laundry requirements.
- To ensure the safe storage care and use of any chemicals to protect themselves and colleagues from incorrect or dangerous usage.
- Use the laundry machines in line with their operating instructions taking account of weight restrictions and other requirements.
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
- Take ownership of guests privacy and belongings while ensuring exceptional service
