A reputable Restaurant/ Coffee Shop located in Dubai Marina is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service, maximize customer satisfaction, and maintain efficient team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all restaurant operations including staff management and customer service.
  • Ensure excellent guest experiences and promptly resolve customer complaints.
  • Manage restaurant budgets, sales targets, and inventory levels.
  • Supervise food quality, hygiene, and health & safety compliance.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate restaurant and kitchen staff.
  • Implement cost control measures and ensure profitability.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and management to streamline operations.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports on performance, revenue, and operations.
Skills
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant operations.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Salary Range

AED 6,000 – 9,000 per month (depending on experience)
