Job summary
A specialist maternity hospital in the UAE is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse to provide educational support and ensure quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a nursing degree, have at least 6 years of clinical experience, and valid national licensing. This role offers an opportunity to work in a leading healthcare facility with state-of-the-art resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited program.
- At least 3 years of study duration required.
- Valid and current national license.
Responsibilities
- Provide education and clinical support as a Clinical Resource Nurse.
- Facilitate safe childbirth practices.
- Maintain quality standards in patient care.

My client is a specialist maternity hospital in the UAE, with state-of-the-art facilities and a highly experienced medical staff. They provide leading-edge comprehensive care for women’s needs and facilitate a safe childbirth experience.
The hospital is currently seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse with the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent qualification from an accredited program with at least 3 years of study duration
- At least 1 year of experience as an academic educator
- Valid and current national license
- BLS certification
In addition to the above, the ideal candidate should have:
- At least 6 years of clinical experience post-qualification in an appropriate and relevant healthcare setting
- Positive written references that identify specific responsibilities as a Clinical Resource Nurse
Desired qualifications include at least 1 year of experience as an educator.
