Overview

Nurse – Outside Day Shift vacancy in Dubai UAE

Job Summary: You will have a varied day with significant contact with residents and other interdisciplinary colleagues. Your responsibilities will include following up on clinical care, drawing up nursing activity plans in consultation with the doctor, arranging visits for residents after hospital stays, wound care, and analysis of acutely ill patients. There is close collaboration with social and health assistants and other staff, who may require guidance. Morning triage conferences are held with the team. The role involves complex procedures and broad interdisciplinary collaboration. An introductory period will be provided to ensure you feel prepared for the tasks, and you will be assigned a mentor who is responsible for your onboarding program.

Responsibilities
  • Follow-up on clinical treatment and care plans in consultation with the resident's doctor.
  • Develop nursing activity plans in coordination with healthcare team.
  • Coordinate and accompany residents for follow-up visits after hospital stays.
  • Provide wound care and assess acutely ill patients.
  • Collaborate with social and health assistants and other staff; provide guidance as needed.
  • Participate in daily triage conferences and engage in broad interdisciplinary collaboration.
