Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and board-certified Consultant OBGYN with proven leadership capabilities to join a prestigious healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide expert clinical care while also contributing to strategic planning, departmental leadership, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, including high-risk pregnancies and complex gynecological surgeries.
  • Lead and supervise the OBGYN department, ensuring clinical excellence and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans.
  • Participate in hospital committees, quality improvement initiatives, and policy development.
  • Mentor and train junior physicians, residents, and medical students.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and hospital protocols.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and service development within the department.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Medical degree with specialization in obstetrics & gynecology.
  • Board certification (e.g., American Board, FRCOG, Arab Board, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 10 years of post-specialization experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior consultant role.
