Job Responsibilities :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, media relations, social media, event marketing, sponsorship management, digital branding, and internal communications. This role also involves team leadership, agency oversight, innovation in outreach strategies, and cross-functional collaboration with both internal departments and external stakeholders.
Work Location - Khalifa Park Abu Dhabi Daily Working Hours - Monday Thursday 9 : 00AM TO 5 : 00PM Friday 7 : 30AM TO 12 : 30PM Minimum Experience - Ensure consistent messaging and brand governance internally and externally Marketing Campaigns & Social Media o Design and run integrated marketing campaigns across channels o Use analytics and segmentation for optimized messaging o Oversee content and strategy for social media and digital engagement Media & Public Relations o Act as primary media liaison; manage press and crisis communications o Develop media materials and monitor public sentiment o Support athlete media training and representation Events & Public Engagement o Lead execution of events, roadshows, and activations o Manage logistics, branding, and partner visibility o Collaborate with athletes and teams to align programming Sponsorships & Partnerships o Develop sponsorship strategies to boost visibility and revenue o Evaluate existing partnerships and ensure mutual value delivery Asset & Environmental Branding o Maintain cohesive branding across uniforms, spaces, merchandise, etc. Strategic Innovation Partner with planning team to innovate storytelling and campaign strategies o Stay updated on global trends in sports communication. Team Leadership & Budget Management o Lead internal teams and oversee vendors (PR, design, digital) o Manage departmental budget and resource allocation.
