Job Requirement

• Assist the Head Therapist in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of operations.
• Ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards and targets are met.
• Maintain the five‑star level of cleanliness required.
• Day‑to‑day responsibility for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas.
• Be aware of all treatments offered and any promotions on offer at any given time.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets as set by the DOSPA.
• Strictly follow the "5 steps sales solution" and pro‑actively study and execute all related protocols linked to the same at all times.
• Assist with demonstrations/events as required.
• Adhere to training as set down by the DOSPA.
• Maintain the stock at the correct level following set standards.
• Follow all cleaning and sterilizing procedures set by the Head Therapist.
• Use the correct quantities of products as specified by the manufacturer and not exceed that amount.
• Attend all training courses as deemed necessary by the Head Therapist.
• Keep up the high standard of treatment and service.
• Supervise and conduct the safety of users and equipment at the Spa and receive training to ensure that all relevant legislation pertaining to the Health and Safety at Work Law and Health and Hygiene standards are implemented and monitored.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Required Qualifications

• License or Certification: State or Regional Massage License.
