Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant Intern, you will work closely with a Delivery Consultant coach to deliver industry-leading solutions to IBM clients. In this role, you will learn and experience how we apply technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery using consultative skills such as problem-solving issue- / hypothesis-based methodologies, communication, and service orientation skills. As a member of IBM Technology Expert Labs, you will be client-focused, courageous, pragmatic, and technical to optimize and trailblaze new solutions that address real business challenges.

• Developing Solutions to Reach True Business Value Understanding clients' main challenges and developing solutions that help them reach true business value by working through the phases of design, development integration, implementation, migration, and product support with a sense of urgency.
• Agile Planning and Execution Creating and executing agile plans where you are responsible for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations.
• Self-Motivated Problem Solving Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative in addition to navigating data and people to find answers and present solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication Strong collaboration and communication skills as you work across the client, partner, and IBM team.

• Practical Tech Experience: Hands-on exposure to real-world application of computer science, information systems, or engineering concepts.
• Programming Language Proficiency: Understanding and experience with at least one programming language, design tools, or Quantum Computing (e.g. Python, Java, C/C++).
