About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Director – Slots to join the resort’s Casino Slot Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Manage slot floor operations, ensuring machines are functioning properly and downtime is minimized.
• Monitor slot performance metrics, including revenue, occupancy, and player engagement.
• Coordinate with slot technicians to schedule preventive maintenance and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Manage slot related projects including slot floor layout changes, relocations, and new machine installations.
• Conduct regular team briefings to communicate operational priorities, promotions, and compliance updates.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new slot department employees.
• Oversee audits and reviews to ensure adherence to Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), GCGRA requirements, and internal policies.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal audit requirements.
• Promote Wynn Resorts’ reputation for premium entertainment and service quality.
• Recommend upgrades or new machine acquisitions based on market trends and player demand.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure slot systems integrate seamlessly with casino management software.

About You

• Minimum 8–10 years of gaming experience in slot operations, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of slot machine functionality, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
• Proven leadership and analytical skills; ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and slot management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
