Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Coordinator to join the resort’s Travel Industry Sales team.
- Develop and manage targeted partner promotions aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate promotional strategies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and system readiness.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on promotional performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Validate promotional offers to ensure they meet deadlines, requirements, and approvals.
- Prepare, review, and manage partner contracts in line with company and legal standards.
- Oversee contract execution, amendments, and follow‑ups with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support travel industry partners through effective relationship and account management.
- Coordinate and support familiarization tours and partner events to enhance engagement.
- Manage communication between sales teams and partners to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Analyze sales and operational data to support informed decision‑making.
- Coordinate logistics and administrative processes to support sales initiatives.
- Contribute to cross‑functional projects and additional tasks as required to support department goals.
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business or Hospitality Management.
- Requires a minimum experience in hotel sales.
- Proficiency with MS Office and hotel operating systems.
- Requires strong communication and organizational skills.
