Job summary
A hospitality company is seeking a Kids Club Attendant for their DoubleTree by Hilton Resort in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children while delivering exceptional guest service. Key responsibilities include supervising children, leading activities, and responding to parent requests. Candidates should have a high school diploma and strong interpersonal skills, with previous experience in childcare considered advantageous. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity in a vibrant setting.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children: Kids Club, childcare, camps, schools, etc.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
- Knowledge of child safety practices (CPR/First Aid certification is a plus).
Responsibilities
- Greeting children and parents with a warm welcome.
- Supervising children to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
- Leading age-appropriate games and activities.
- Responding to parent and guest requests and comments.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the Kids Club area.
- Monitoring Kids Club supplies and enforcing rules.
