• Proven track record ofachieving sales targetsand managing a healthysales pipeline.

• Excellentcommunication, negotiation,andinterpersonalskills.

• Fluency inEnglishis required;Arabicis an added advantage.

• Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.

• UAE Driving Licenseis highly preferred.

• Familiarity withCRM toolsand basicsales reportingsystems is a plus.

Compensation Package:

• Monthly Salary:AED 5,000 – 7,000 (based on experience)

• Benefits:Basic health insurance coverage

• Commission Structure:

  • 5% commissionon revenue exceeding the monthly sales target

  • Example:If the target is AED 80,000 and actual sales are AED 100,000, commission = 5% of AED 20,000 =AED 1,000
