A luxury hotel group is seeking a Reservations Supervisor for Six Senses, The Palm Dubai. You will supervise the Reservations team, ensure efficient operations, train hosts, and maintain LQA standards. A minimum of two years in a similar luxury hotel environment is required, along with strong command of English and proficiency in hotel systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage guest relations in a prestigious establishment.
As Reservations Supervisor, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
To execute the position of Reservations Supervisor, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years’ experience in a similar luxury hotel operational setting. Hospitality diploma/degreefrom a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
Technical skills include advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including PMS, GDS and CRS platforms. I have knowledge of hotel/resort and policies regarding reservations, discounts and detailed procedures in handling local and overseas room bookings.
I have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
