Job summary
A leading fit-out company in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily site operations for various fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership and coordination skills, along with a valid UAE driving license. Responsibilities include supervising activities, managing materials, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Fit-Out / Interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of site procedures and finishing works.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and quality standards.
- Manage material delivery, stock, and site requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections for safety and quality compliance.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports.

- Transport materials or staff when required (using company vehicle)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Fit-Out / Interior projects
- Strong knowledge of site procedures and finishing works
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
