Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in outbound logistics, ideally within an e-commerce environment. Job Description
  • Supervise and lead the outbound team (pickers, packers, dispatchers) to meet daily shipment targets.
  • Monitor the workflow of order processing, picking, packing and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate order fulfillment and on‑time delivery.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve any delivery issues or delays.
  • Track performance metrics (accuracy, productivity, order cycle time) and report daily/weekly KPIs.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and shift handovers.
  • Ensure all outbound activities comply with safety, quality and operational standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Train and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain or a related field.
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in outbound/logistics operations, preferably in an e‑commerce or fulfillment center environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP tools (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Flexible to work in shifts and weekends if required.
