What you'll do:

The Supervisor, Logistics is responsible for overseeing daily first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile delivery operations, ensuring smooth execution, workforce productivity, and adherence to operational standards. The role requires strong on-ground presence, team coordination, and performance monitoring to ensure delivery excellence and compliance across the network.

Own day-to-day operational responsibilities across first, middle, and last-mile delivery activities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Supervise and manage a team of delivery associates, shift leaders, fleet coordinators, and support staff, driving accountability and operational discipline.

  • Own end-to-end responsibilities of first, middle, and last-mile delivery operations.
  • Manage a team of delivery associates, shift leaders, fleet coordinators, and support staff.
  • Ensure delivery and fleet protocols are followed, including:
    • a) Vehicle readiness and maintenance checks
    • b) Route planning and optimization
    • c) Daily operational walk-throughs
    • d) Safety and security audits
  • Monitor and drive performance across all delivery and fleet metrics, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate and timely closure of payroll, attendance, and incentive-related activities.
  • Conduct regular audits on delivery operations, fleet utilization, and service-level adherence.
  • Manage roster planning, staff productivity, and performance, including conflict resolution where required.
  • Oversee cash collection and reconciliation (if COD applies).
  • Train and upskill staff on delivery SOPs, safety, customer handling, and operational systems.

What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations managing large teams in logistics, delivery, or fleet operations.
  • Proven experience in 3PL/vendor management.
  • Strong analytical skills with solid business acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and manage project/program work plans with relevant stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting.
