Role Overview: Lead the financial strategy and operations across GCC markets. Drive business growth through strategic planning, financial optimization, and robust governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (corporate tax, VAT, and audits).
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
- Provide actionable insights through financial reporting and MIS.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance business performance.
- Build and mentor high-performing finance teams.
Qualifications:
- CA/ACCA or equivalent certification.
- At least 5 years in senior financial leadership roles.
- Expertise in SAP systems and financial analytics.
- Strong track record in FMCG/Retail/Wholesale industries.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
