Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Finance, Treasury, Risk, or Compliance roles.
• 5–8 years of total professional experience.
• Exposure to banking or financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit capital adequacy reports to CBUAE.
• Monitor and analyze capital ratios to ensure compliance.
• Support capital strategy development and implementation.
• Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Prepare liquidity reports for senior management.
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions.

Skills

Strong analytical and presentation capabilities

Knowledge of CBUAE and BIS regulatory standards

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Advanced proficiency in Excel

Power BI/Tableau

Working knowledge of VBA/SQL

Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields

Professional certifications (PMP, CPA, CFA, FRM, MBA)
