We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Finance Director to lead LikeCard’s financial strategy, treasury operations, finance operations, and risk management. The Senior Director will play a critical role in scaling financial infrastructure, managing liquidity, ensuring compliance, and supporting growth initiatives across regional and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Financial Leadership
2. Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with corporate vision and goals, including support for digital voucher solutions and marketplace expansion.
3. Partner with the Group CEO and CFO along with the executive team on strategic planning, M&A, and investment decisions.
4. Lead long-term financial forecasting, scenario modeling, and capital allocation strategy.

1. Treasury and Liquidity Management
2. Oversee daily cash management, banking relationships, and funding strategies.
3. Optimize treasury operations to ensure strong liquidity across all business units and markets.
4. Manage foreign exchange exposure and working capital efficiency.

1. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
2. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments.
3. Provide actionable insights to drive profitability, growth, and operational efficiency.
4. Evaluate unit economics, pricing models, and new market entry plans.

1. Controllers hip and Compliance
2. Oversee accounting, reporting, and financial control functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, audit, and financial reporting standards in multiple jurisdictions.
4. Lead internal and external audits and implement robust internal controls.
5. Build and mentor a high-performing finance, accounting, and treasury team.
6. Foster a data-driven and accountable culture within the finance organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience (10+ years) in senior finance leadership roles, preferably in fintech, digital payments, or financial services.
• Deep expertise in treasury management, financial planning, and multi-entity financial operations.
• Strong understanding of cross-border financial regulations, FX risk, and compliance frameworks.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
