We are currently partnering with a leading regional healthcare provider to recruit a Head of Finance based in the UAE. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring strong financial governance, strategic planning, and compliance across all business units. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the executive leadership team with insights that drive performance, sustainable growth, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and analysis for the organization.
• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, treasury, and tax.
• Provide strategic financial input to support decision-making across key business initiatives and capital projects.
• Ensure robust financial controls, policies, and procedures are in place and adhered to, in line with local and international standards.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning across the organization.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership teams to align financial performance with overall strategic goals.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, regulatory bodies, and tax authorities.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial systems, reporting, and business processes.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, development, and operational excellence.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in the healthcare, medical, or hospital sector is essential.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial modeling, risk management, and compliance.
• Proven experience in leading financial transformation and system implementation projects.
• Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
• Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA); MBA or Masters in Finance is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
