A leading consultancy firm in Dubai is seeking a Business Consultant with strong experience in AMER Tasheel and DED processes. The successful candidate will manage company formation and licensing while delivering excellent customer service and guidance on regulatory requirements. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in UAE government service centers and be fluent in English. Arabic language skills will be considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience with AMER Tasheel DED.
• Strong knowledge of UAE business setup and visa processing.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end company formation licensing and renewal processes via AMER Tasheel DED and other UAE government portals
• Guide clients on documentation and procedures for visas trade licenses and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication to both Arabic and non-Arabic speaking clients
• Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities to ensure smooth processing

Requirements:
