Job Description
• Creation and management of short, mid, and long-term strategic procurement goals and objectives for Direct, Subcontracting, and IM&S categories (including direct reports if applicable).
• Development and improvement of procurement processes aligned with stakeholders, including market analysis, sourcing strategies, negotiation, and contract approval.
• Identification and realization of cost-saving opportunities, including local/regional consolidation projects.
• Management of procurement systems.
• Management of procurement staff across sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and internal procurement support activities.
• Development of team strategy and support for employee development through training, coaching, and job rotation.
• Management and monitoring of supplier performance, including developing corrective action plans and follow-up.
• Development and maintenance of a supplier pool.
• Ensuring subcontractors' compliance with company policies and procedures in coordination with the Global Compliance Team.
• Analysis of cost drivers associated with each category/supplier.
• Benchmarking current products across suppliers and identifying consolidation opportunities.
• Supporting procurement aspects of related projects.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement.
• Ability to collaborate with business units and functional partners at an executive level.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience with modern sourcing and procurement systems.
• Good communication skills, strategic mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
