Procurement Manager to oversee and streamline all procurement activities across our group of schools. The successful candidate will develop procurement strategies, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and achieve cost‑effective purchasing outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Handle procurement of educational materials, classroom supplies, technology, furniture and facility‑related items.
  • Support smooth functioning of school branches by managing all procurement activities.
  • Ensure timely acquisition of high‑quality goods and services while complying with school policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Source reliable vendors and negotiate contracts to secure the best value.
  • Manage end‑to‑end purchasing process ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Department to monitor budgets and control costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier agreements and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and address issues related to quality, delivery or pricing.
  • Work closely with school leaders, teachers and staff to understand operational needs.
  • Anticipate requirements for upcoming academic terms and special projects.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices.
  • Regularly review market trends for competitive pricing and quality.
  • Develop procurement strategies and implement tender procedures aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 5–10 years of procurement experience preferably in an educational environment.
