Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, have at least 3-5 years of experience, and possess strong negotiation skills. This full-time position does not offer remote work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in procurement software (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in contract management and vendor relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability in cost analysis, budgeting, and supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of UAE procurement regulations and practices.
  • Familiarity with international trade laws and regulations.
  • Experience in international procurement practices; Professional certification (e.g. CPSM, CPM) preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire procurement lifecycle from requisition to purchase order creation and contract closure.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide solutions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
