Job summary
A luxury automotive brand seeks a representative in Dubai to embody its values through premium customer experiences at VIP events and showrooms. Responsibilities include storytelling and presentations, escorting VIP guests, and maintaining brand visibility. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in luxury sectors and exceptional communication skills. A well-groomed appearance aligns with brand standards.
Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of experience in luxury, hospitality, or automotive industries.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Charismatic, confident, and emotionally intelligent personality.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact during VIP events and showroom visits.
- Deliver tailored brand storytelling and vehicle presentations.
- Escort VIP guests and clients, explaining brand heritage and craftsmanship.
- Represent the brand at corporate events and exclusive activations.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for brand presence.
- Participate in photo/video shoots and live events.
- Co-create content aligned with brand image.
- Maintain knowledge of current models and future launches.
- Attend internal product and soft skills training.
- Maintain luxury-level attitude with clients.
- Submit reports on guest feedback and market trends.
- Assist the marketing team with customer interaction insights.
